RETURNS

 

All myizzi products are hand died and hand printed, using a screen printing process making each product unique. This process in particular may be affected by event such as the weather which may cause different effects in the imagery on the garment. Please note this is not a fault and to consider this before purchasing.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

We don't offer exchanges, credit notes or returns on sale or discounted items.

All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in it's original condition with all tags intact.

Returns and exchanges must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order.  The cost of the exchange is at your expense.  If you would like an item exchanged please include a reply paid satchel to ensure a quick turnaround.

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item/s, less any shipping costs incurred when the goods were purchased.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged or Faulty Items

We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product.  Please e-mail info@myizzi.net with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.

Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.  Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item within 15 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached. Customers may exchange garments if sizing is incorrect. Exchanges can only be made on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is at the customer's own cost. All jewellery and hosiery is final sale unless faulty. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time-frame with proof of purchase and must be determined faulty by the external supplier before a refund can be issued. Postage costs cannot be refunded. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS - REDUCED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that colour differences occur on varying computer monitors - our photographs are as accurate as possible but slight variations in colour are not deemed as a reason for return.

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
